Minimum rentals:
Feb. 5 thru April 14: 1 week minimum and Saturday to
Saturday only. All other time periods 3-day minimum rentals.
Rentals less than 7 days subject to a cleaning fee.

Rent: Full rent is
due upon arrival. We accept cash, check,
travelers check, Mastercard, Visa or Discover.
|
|
Deposit: $300
security deposit is required to confirm your
reservation-- $600 deposit on rentals of 14 days or
more. This deposit is not applied to
the rent. Deposit will be returned 45-60 days
of departure.

|
Cancellation: A full
deposit refund requires 60-day written notice so the unit
may be rented. A $75 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
|
|
Persons: Rates
apply to 4 persons per unit. Some units
accommodate 5 or 6 persons. Extra person
charge $10 per person per day.

|
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
|
|
|
Units assignment:
Management reserves the right to change unit
assignment.
|
|
|
No: Pets, motor
homes, trailers, motorcycles, RV's, boats, skates,
skateboards or rollerblades. All units are
non-smoking. Note: Covered parking will
not accomodate tall vehicles. Other parking is
available.
|
|
|
Linen Service:
Towels and linens are provided. Fresh towels
and linens are available for an additional fee. Note: beach towels
are not provided. There is a pay laundry room on each floor for guest use.

|
|
Internet: Most
units have wired or wireless high-speed internet.
Wireless service available at pool.
|
|
|
Beach BBQ area:
available at no charge by reservation.
|
|
|
All units have 2 bedrooms, 2
full baths, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area,
living room, private balcony except 502 which has 3
bathrooms, and 106 has 1 bathroom.
