All four of the Sea Shell beachfront condos are as close to the beach as you can get in Siesta Key. Each has a private balcony that overlooks the white sands and clear, turquoise waters of the world-famous Siesta Key Beach.
You can read more about the Penthouse unit here, as it has a larger footprint than units 101, 201 and 301. Those latter three units all have two bedrooms and two baths and sleep six. Wi-Fi is always included with all rentals.

Unit 101: Our most convenient ocean view unit, Sea Shell Condo 101 is popular with those who want to be on the beach FAST. Just a few steps or a quick elevator ride down, then it’s a few more steps through the gate to our private beach. The wraparound balcony offers gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and is a wonderful place to relax and people watch.
The kitchen is fully equipped for meals and dining, with attractive granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The unit sleeps six, with a king bed in the master and two double beds in the second room. There are TVs in each room, including a large flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room. Both bathrooms have a shower and a tub. The unit has been freshly painted, with vibrant new décor and furniture throughout.
Unit 201: This unit is newly remodeled with bright, modern furnishings and an updated open floor plan. You might not want to spend much time inside, though – the beautiful views from the wraparound balcony are hard to resist.
As with all of the Sea Shell beachfront condos, 201 sleeps up to six guests, with a king-sized bed in the master and a queen and full-sized bed in the second bedroom. There are TVs in each bedroom, and the living room boasts a new 60-inch smart TV. Both bathrooms have a shower, and there is a tub in the second bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d expect in your home away from home.
Unit 301: This is such a popular rental and it’s easy to see why. It may just be the best of both worlds: perfectly situated for an expansive view of the gulf from the wraparound balcony and yet just a few steps to the white sands of Siesta Key Beach.
Recently remodeled and freshly painted, this beachfront vacation condo sleeps six, with a king bed in the master and queen and twin beds in the second bedroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen are well-appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. Each room has a large flat screen TV with a DVD player in the living room.
Of course, all of our condos are in the best location on Siesta Key. In addition to almost instant beach access, restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, tiki bars, and a grocery store are just across the street. Feeling adventurous? There are also rental agencies for jet skis, fishing excursions, parasailing, sunset cruises, to name just a few local amenities. You can even take a free trolley to Siesta Key Village; there are several pick-up locations nearby.
