Whether your goal is a week-long family vacation, a few months of relief from the Northern winter, a multi-family gathering renting several of our condos, or a romantic 3 day getaway-- the Sea Shell and Sarasota area offers year-round enjoyment.

  The Sea Shell is a smaller and friendlier condo complex with 5 floors and 49 units for a more relaxing vacation. You're not a number, you are our guest! We look forward to our many returning guests year after year. So why fight highrises with elevator delays and long walks to the beach at other facilities when you can have the convenience of the Sea Shell? It doesn't get any better.

  All units are fully furnished. Each has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, plenty of closet and dresser space, a fully-equipped kitchen, color TV's, VCR and/or DVD and direct dial telephones. You'll enjoy a private balcony, large living room and dining area. Our rental office is on-premise for your assistance and to provide visitor information. After-hours check-in available.
