All six of our Island View rental properties are just a few steps from the famous white sands of Siesta Key Beach. When you stay at the Sea Shell, you never have to cross the street to access our private beach. We also provide all guests with beach towels and beach chairs, both upright and loungers.
Even better, these units are the closest to our large, heated pool and the many attractions just across the street from our complex. That includes restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, tiki bars, and a grocery store. Want to schedule an adventure? There are also rental agencies for jet skis, fishing excursions, parasailing, sunset cruises and more! You can even take a free trolley to Siesta Key Village; there are several pick-up locations nearby. Who needs a car when you can walk or trolley everywhere?
Units 103, 105, 107, 108 and 109 have two bedrooms, two baths and sleep six people. Unit 106 is a two-bedroom, one bath unit that sleeps 5 – perfect for a smaller party. Each condominium is thoughtfully furnished with fully stocked kitchens, TVs in every room, DVD players, free Wi-Fi, and a private deck for relaxing when you’re done “beaching” for the day.
And if you’d like some more outdoor time, our newly remodeled Tiki Hut is a wonderful place for a gathering of family and friends. It boasts two gas grills and plenty of seating to enjoy your cookout. Take in a sunset while you enjoy dining al fresco on the beach.
Our entire vacation rental complex is on a small, particularly lovely section of Siesta Key Beach called Crescent Beach. Its smaller footprint and close proximity to the water make it an unparalleled choice for a perfect beach vacation.
