When you need a break from the sun, our large, heated pool is the perfect spot. Enjoy a snack at one of the comfortable umbrella tables or catch a nap on a shaded lounge chair to beat the heat.
Tiki Hut
Enjoy an evening socializing at our private, onsite Tiki Hut. We provide two propane gas grills and plenty of party-style seating, including picnic tables and bar stools. Sign-up sheets are located in the office.
Outdoor Patio
Prefer a more traditional, hands-on approach to grilling? We offer two park-style charcoal grills in our spacious outdoor patio area. Relax and enjoy the Gulf views and the gorgeous sunsets Siesta Key is famous for.
Beach Amenities
Travel light! We provide complimentary beach towels, chairs, and loungers. Many of our owners also supply additional items, such as coolers, umbrellas, flotation devices, and beach toys.
Onsite Office
The Sea Shell maintains an office right at the front of the building. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff is always eager to make your stay an unforgettable experience and is happy to assist with any questions.
Covered Parking
Each unit includes one assigned, covered parking space. Additional passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicle height limit is 6 feet; larger vehicles will be directed to an alternate space.
Laundry Rooms
For your convenience, each floor has a laundry room located next to the elevator, equipped with two coin-operated washers and dryers. Quarters and detergent are available for purchase at the office.

We’re proud of the beautiful beach just outside our door, but we know that what you come home to at the end of the day is just as important. All of our condos are privately owned, and our owners take great pride in sharing their meticulously maintained vacation homes with our guests.
Unit Configurations: Most units feature 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Exceptions include the luxurious Penthouse (3 bedrooms, 3 baths) and Unit 106 (2 bedrooms, 1 bath).
Fully Stocked Kitchens: Every condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, featuring full-sized, built-in appliances (refrigerator, microwave, range, and dishwasher). We ensure you have all the essentials, including coffee makers, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher soap.
