At a slightly lower price point than our Beachfront Rental properties, the Sea Shell’s Beach View condos are still only a few hundred steps from your condo’s door to our private, gated beach. We think it’s impossible to find a better location on Siesta Key Beach!
There are 22 Beach View units. All units have a king-sized bed in the master bedroom. Seven of the properties have second bedroom configurations that sleep a total of five people. The other 15 units have second bedroom configurations that sleep six.
Like all of our units, the Sea Shell Beach View condos are comfortably furnished with fully stocked kitchens that will satisfy even the most avid cook. There are also plenty of entertainment options – large screen TVs in the living room and a TV in each bedroom, as well as a DVD player. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex.
But, of course, it’s what’s outside that’s the star of the show on Siesta Key Beach, and our beachfront condominium complex offers plenty to do outside your rental. Our building is located on a small, particularly lovely section of Siesta Key Beach called Crescent Beach. It’s smaller footprint and proximity to the water make it just a charming setting for a perfect vacation. To make it even better, the Sea Shell provides beach towels and both upright and reclining beach chairs. Each unit also has a private deck where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breezes.
While you’re here be sure to check out the newly remodeled Tiki Hut. With plenty of seating and two brand new gas grills, it’s a great place to gather with your family and friends. Our on-site office can help you find a time to reserve it for your use.
You don’t have to cross the street to get to our beach, but there is a LOT of action just across the street from the Sea Shell! There are many restaurants, from simple to upscale, shops, a grocery store, coffee and ice cream stores, and rental companies that can help you craft an adventure to remember.
