Welcome to the Sea Shell Condominiums – the most convenient location on Siesta Key!

Our beachfront vacation condos are nestled in the heart of Siesta Key, just south of Siesta Key Public Beach and steps from the famous white sands of Crescent Beach.

That means there are no streets to cross to access your private beach. Across the street are many restaurants, shops, bars, gear, adventure rental agencies, and even a grocery store.

The staff at Sea Shell Condominiums care about our guests and strive to make your beach vacation an exceptional experience. We can quickly and efficiently assist visitors with check-in and check-out, sightseeing recommendations, and more. Our fully furnished condos feature well-equipped kitchens, spacious living areas, and private decks.

In addition to our onsite office, we have many outside amenities: the large, heated pool, gas and charcoal grills, covered and outdoor picnic areas, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. There are even coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor. As a convenience to our guests, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and loungers. Many of our owners also provide additional beach gear.

Directions and Parking

From Interstate 75, exit Clark Road (Rt. 72) and go west about 7 miles. Cross the drawbridge over the Intercoastal Waterway. Turn left on Midnight Pass Road. The Sea Shell is the second complex on your right, just past the public beach parking and facing the Gulf of Mexico.

One of the many amenities Sea Shell offers is a dedicated, covered parking space for each of our guests. Additional vehicles can purchase a parking permit from the office for a $20 fee that is valid for one week.

Please note: the height clearance in our parking garage is 6 feet. Please be careful when parking larger vehicles as the low ceiling can damage the car roof. Sea Shell is not responsible for damage to vehicles.

No golf carts, campers, or RVs are allowed on the property. No camping of any kind is allowed.
