The Penthouse sleeps six, with three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The wraparound balcony directly faces the gulf, with unmatched views of Siesta Key’s white sand beaches and turquoise waters. The ocean breezes make this a lovely spot to wake up with a coffee in the morning or to enjoy a cocktail while watching a spectacular sunset.
But you don’t have to be outside to enjoy the amazing gulf views. The six-seat dining table in the open concept living area is between two sliding doors that look out over the beach. There is also a windowed breakfast nook with a table that seats four.
Like all of the Sea Shell’s units, 501 is fully furnished. The well-stocked kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the amenities you need for preparing and serving meals. The living room is furnished with comfortable chairs and couches as well as a large flatscreen TV and DVD player so you can relax and put your feet up after a long, fun day at the beach. Of course, free Wi-Fi is always available.
The master bedroom with ensuite bath and the large second bedroom with ensuite bath both have king sized beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and access to the third bathroom. That bathroom is also accessible from the main living area. All three bathrooms are spacious and equipped with large walk-in showers. One includes a bathtub as well.
This beachfront condo is one of our closest units to the water. There are no streets to cross, just take the stairs or elevator to the ground floor and our private beach is a few steps away. Our entire vacation rental complex is on a small, particularly lovely section of Siesta Key Beach called Crescent Beach. Its smaller footprint and proximity to the water make it an unparalleled choice for a perfect beach vacation.
Speaking of location, there’s a reason we say that the Sea Shell is the most convenient condominium complex on Siesta Key Beach. You don’t even have to bother to rent a car; you can catch a rideshare here from the airport and then walk everywhere. Right across the street are restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, and tiki bars, as well as rental agencies for jet skis, fishing excursions, parasailing, sunset cruises, to name just a few local amenities. There’s also a grocery store where you can get everything from beach necessities to prepared foods. Siesta Key Village is a short, free trolley ride away, with several pick-up locations nearby.
